Who is Allah, and how do Muslims understand God? In Islam, God is known through beautiful names and attributes that reveal His mercy, love, forgiveness, justice, peace, wisdom, and generosity. Drawing on the Qur’an, the teachings of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, and relatable examples from everyday American life, this presentation explores selected Names of Allah and what they mean for the way we live and treat one another. Through stories and interfaith reflections, participants will discover both shared values across faith traditions and a deeper understanding of the Islamic view of God—and consider a simple question: If these are the qualities we admire in God, how might they shape the people we become?
