A Gentle NudgeThe beginning of a new year often invites reflection—yet some of what asks for our attention arrives quietly, as a gentle nudge rather than a clear resolution. In this talk and guided meditation, we’ll explore the subtle inner knowings we sense but don’t fully look at—the thoughts, feelings, or truths we may be avoiding or postponing. Together, we’ll slow down and practice bringing what has been kept in the shadows into the light, creating space for clarity, integration, and a more grounded sense of self-trust as we step into the year ahead.Theresa Hubbard LMFT’s path is deeply rooted in her passion for healing and connection.
