The writings of the mystics can be complex and difficult to understand. However, the essence of their practices is simple and easy to apply. The effects of the simple practice can be profound: producing peace, joy, healing, provision, and ultimately the experience of oneness with the Divine. While the practice itself is simple and easy, it requires commitment. This week’s lesson is about the simple prayer practice as described by two mystics, one Catholic, one New Thought;  one female, one male; one French, one English.
