Bio:
Growing up in a mid-central, middle class, devout presbyterian family of five, Doug was guided onto the path of Christianity. Since then he has persistently sought the truth of reality.
He was educated with a BA in Psychology with a minor in western philosophy; an MA in Clinical Psychology with a psychiatry focus; and an EdD in Behavioral Science with a psychotherapy emphasis. He completed an internship with the Collaborative Psychology Internship program offered by the Wichita Ks.VA Hospital and the Wichita Psychiatric Center.
He received a Missouri State Psychology license to practice as an independent provider; a certificate of registration as a Human Health Care Provider, and professional certifications in Medical Hypnosis, Educational Psycho-Diagnostics, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neurolinguistic Programing.
Doug retired from a 40 year professional career serving in hospitals, mental health centers, schools, and private practice. He recommends retirement as the best option.:)
Doug has been married to Kim Martin for 42 years and together they raised four boys into responsible adulthood. They enjoy 7 grandchildren, world wide travel and investigative British homicide stories. They were early founders of CFUO and are grateful to all of you who join in the fun.
