Every expression of love matters, whether it is through patience, kindness, generosity or material gift giving; they all matter. Each expression is sacred. But the primary, overarching means of expressing love is through listening – open hearted listening. Rev. Jackie Hawkins, will share how deep listening as a spiritual practice can be life changing. And as a single act, deep listening can be the greatest gift you can receive, as well as give to another. Rev. Jackie Hawkins is an ordained Unity minister, and recently graduated from the Spiritual Direction program of Unity Worldwide Spiritual Institute. She formerly served as senior minister at Unity of the Heartland in Olathe, Kansas. She currently serves on the Leadership Recruitment and Development Team of Unity Worldwide Ministries, and UWM’s Credentialing Team. Rev. Jackie enjoys guest speaking, writing and working on special projects for UWM and UWH, and lending her prayer consciousness in various ways to the Silent Unity Prayer ministry. Rev. Jackie lives in San Marcos, California.
